Work group behavior; group think; informal Vs formal groups; team building techniques; motivational and leadership

4. Management Information Systems
Definition
and structure of management information systems, information system technology, information-based support systems, information
system requirements, resource assessments and development and implementation of management information system.
5. Marketing
Management
Consumer buying behavior; marketing segmentation; marketing and promotional mix; product investment strategies,
including Product Life Cycle and Boston Matrix
6. Business Economic Analysis
Basic microeconomic concepts: demand & supply concepts, firm’s behavior at different market structures;
basic macroeconomic concepts: national income, monetary and fiscal policies
7. Strategic Management
SWOT analysis; STEP
analysis; value chain concept; internal resources model and M. Porter's competitive model to analyze business environment.
8. Production & Operation Management
Production function & theories; manufacturing systems; procurement logistics;
production planning & control; inventory management & supply chain; transport & facilities management
9. Management Accounting
Short-run decision analysis; risk analysis; ABC analysis; budgetary techniques;
standard cost and variances analysis.
10. Business Case Study
Case approach
techniques. Students are required to read different cases and recommend solutions to solve the case problems by applying learned
management concepts and techniques.

The content of this diploma programme, under current cooperation agreement with the
university that is subject to change without prior notice, is fully articulated by International University of Business and Law of Ukraine. Graduates of this diploma programme are granted full subject exemptions and only required to submit and pass an additional final
graduation project in order to award the MBA of the university
