Upon completion of the Master Degree programme, participants are able to:

Introduction to safety systems safety and risk management concepts; Risk Management in the development of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems; Major Issues and Barriers in implementing Safety Systems and Risk Management; Integrating OHS management with quality systems; Implementing Occupational Health and Safety Management System standards at the enterprise level; Impact of safety systems and risk management on occupational health and safety in the community.
 
2. Occupational Health Practice
Introduction to OH Practice; International Conventions, Models and Agencies; The Law, Standards, Industrial Relations and Ethics; Conducting an OH Workplace Needs Assessment; OH Policies and Programs in the Workplace; Monitoring and Evaluation of OH Program
 
3. Risk Assessment and Risk Analysis
The Nature of Risk; Risk Analysis and Risk Modification; Risk Management and Risk Engineering; Hazard Evaluation; Risk Prediction and Systems Safety; Risk Prediction Methods

Further Study Path:

 

The content of this diploma programme, under current cooperation agreement with the university that is subject to change without prior notice, is fully articulated by International University of Business and Law of Ukraine. Graduates of this diploma programme are granted full subject exemptions and only required to submit and pass an additional final graduation safety & health planning project in order to award the Master of Management Science (MMgt) in Safety, Health & Hygiene of the university.
